cleanup

Some times you want to clean up your docker environment after experimenting, this shows you how you can do it.

Prune images

docker image prune -a

Prune containers

docker container prune

Prune volumes

docker volume prune

Prune networks

docker network prune

Prune everything

docker system prune --volumes

Stop the container(s) using the following command:

docker-compose down

Delete all containers using the following command:

docker rm -f $(docker ps -a -q)

Delete all volumes using the following command:

docker volume rm $(docker volume ls -q)

Restart the containers using the following command:

docker-compose up -d
